ISO 9001 QUALITY
The adoption of a certified quality management system, as an effective tool for increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving processes, has been a goal set by the company's management since its inception.
COMPLIANT WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
The collaboration with major clients in the automotive sector and the company’s drive to achieve ever more ambitious goals have led Eurofix S.r.l. to obtain certification according to the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949:2016 standard. This certification reflects our commitment to the highest industry standards.
This certification was obtained in December 2003 and has been consistently maintained with a focus on continuous improvement.
The steel supply chain for Eurofix’s fastening products is constantly monitored to ensure adequate stock levels for production flows and to maintain a steady production pace, in line with orders.
CONTROLLED PROCESSING
Processing and transformation into finished products are carefully monitored, measured, and subjected to continuous checks to ensure consistent quality and maintain the mechanical resistance and elasticity characteristics of the metal for its intended use, thus meeting user requirements.

For us, quality is more than just a standard; it’s a comprehensive mindset that shapes our operations. This approach influences not only our production processes but also our customer relationships, placing their needs at the center of our actions. Starting from customer requests, we are able to offer products that best meet specified requirements, including the possibility of custom-designed products if necessary. The selected product is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets the required specifications.
We also provide guidance on proper usage procedures, sometimes sending our personnel to the customer’s final production facilities. Our post-sales support is a strong point, enabling us to continually improve product performance based on feedback received during application reviews.
BEST PRACTICES
Our front-office and back-office activities are guided by the same principles. From planning internal management activities and using periodic procedure verification systems, Eurofix selects and monitors supplier performance and constantly assesses customer satisfaction through CRM procedures. We also carefully manage complaints and returns, and continually refine internal information procedures to standardize and streamline document flows, both incoming and outgoing.
Finally, our staff is trained and empowered to handle any issues that require the activation of special urgent procedures to resolve them as quickly as possible.
