CAGE NUTS AND FLOATING NUTS
The family of cage nuts, alongside the floating nuts, represents Eurofix's flagship product. Distinguished by quality, type, and availability—driven by our factory’s production capacity—this product is made using molds that are entirely designed, engineered, and built in our in-house tool shop. The complete assembly takes place on 6 fully dedicated automatic lines within the designated department.
Cage nuts: available upon request with surface treatments that offer high performance and durability in salt spray tests.
Floating nuts: coated threads with Nycote®, an efficient coating process designed to protect against welding residues and other post-processing.
Eurofix cage nuts are typically used in light carpentry, facilitating the installation and assembly of equipment as well as the configuration of cabinets, 19” RACK enclosures, electrical panels, sanitary products, and general metal furnishings. Eurofix floating nuts, used in the automotive sector, are requested and employed in numerous successful car models from leading automobile manufacturers.

The key feature is their ability to compensate for unavoidable tolerances through internal movement within the cage, ensuring a perfect assembly.
